Introducing the limited edition Icebergs panettone, brought to you by creative genius Maurice Terzini, Alex Prichard (head chef) & Brittany Smith (pastry chef) of the iconic Icebergs Dining Room & Bar.

Icebergs has masterfully blended 100% natural and seasonal ingredients to create this Italian-inspired Panettone.

Peak-season brandied cherries have been fused into soft Italian bread with Australian almonds & Belgian milk chocolate adding further richness. The soft, rich and buttery interior is perfectly balanced with an almond, hail sugar macaronade crust.

Once baked, the panettone is hung upside down — as is the Italian way — in order to preserve the dome shape and crumbly texture. All up, this dessert takes over 36 hours to make.
