This tender, rolled turkey breast is carefully prepared by our chefs for an even roast that’s bursting with flavour in every slice.

Serves 4-6 people
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Rub butter, oil, salt and pepper all over the turkey breast (netting still on).
- Place in a roasting pan on an elevated tray to allow air flow.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 160°C
- Roast for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C and the skin is golden brown.
- Before carving, remove the netting and let the turkey breast rest for 20 minutes.
All poultry should be cooked until an internal temperature of 74°C is reached. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the breast.
