Rolled Turkey Breast

Our talented team of in-house chefs have meticulously rolled fresh turkey breast, ready to delight at your festive feast.
      PREP TIME:
      10 minutes
      1.5 hours plus resting time
      1. Preheat oven to 180°C 
      2. Rub butter, oil, salt and pepper all over the turkey breast (netting still on).
      3. Place in a roasting pan on an elevated tray to allow air flow.
      4. Reduce the oven temperature to 160°C 
      5. Roast for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C and the skin is golden brown.
      6. Before carving, remove the netting and let the turkey breast rest for 20 minutes.

      * All poultry should be cooked until an internal temperature of 75°C is reached. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the breast.

      Please be aware that this is a guide only. All ovens work slightly differently and this should be taken into consideration.
