Expertly prepared by our butchers, this free-range pork loin is rolled and ready for roasting, leaving the skin on for that all-important crispy, crackling.
- 1 Vic's Free Range Pork Loin Roast
- 150ml oil
- Remove the pork loin roast from the fridge and cover with salt. Let it sit outside the fridge for one hour to come to room temperature.
- Once done wipe off the layer of salt with a paper towel and place in a pre- heated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes, then turn down to 160°C and continue to cook for a further 25 minutes per 500g or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C.
- Rest for 10 minutes and remove the string before slicing.
Please be aware that this is a guide only. All ovens work slightly differently and this should be taken into consideration.
