Expertly prepared by our butchers, this free-range pork loin is rolled and ready for roasting, with the skin left on for that all-important crispy, crackling.
Borrowdale’s ethical, free-range farming is at the heart of every cut, bringing back the rich flavour and tenderness reminiscent of pork from a bygone era.
Raised with the freedom to forage, play, and wallow, Borrowdale pork develops a natural depth that shines in every juicy slice.
Simply roast, carve, and let this beautifully prepared pork loin be the centrepiece that brings everyone to the table.
