PROMOTION DETAILS
VIC’S Christmas Giveaway (Promotion) is conducted by Birchan pty ltd, trading as Vic's, ACN 001 808 331 of registered address 10 Merchant Street, Mascot NSW 2020 (Promoter).
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion commences at 8:00am (AEST) on Thursday 20 November 2025 and closes at 8:00am (AEST) on Friday 21 November 2025 (Promotion Period).
ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to Australian residents only who are subscribed members of the VIC’s database.
Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members of any employee, and any associated company or agency of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter this Promotion, participants must:
1. Place an online order of $300 AUD or more (excluding delivery fees) with VIC’s during the Promotion Period; and
2. Ensure the order is placed using the same email address associated with their VIC’s database subscription.
3. Each qualifying order equals one (1) entry into the prize draw. There is no limit to the number of entries per customer, provided each order meets the minimum spend requirement.
DRAW & PRIZES
A total of three (3) winners will be selected.
The draw will take place at 10 Merchant Street, Mascot NSW 2020 at 12:00pm (AEST) on Friday 21 November 2025.
Three winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries to each receive a Christmas order valued up to $500 AUD RRP.
Prize Details:
Each prize covers the cost of the winner’s VIC’s Christmas order up to a maximum value of $500 AUD RRP.
The winner will receive a refund on their Christmas order, of up to $500 AUD
Winners may only receive one (1) prize.
WINNER NOTIFICATION & REDEMPTION
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
Instructions on how to redeem the prize or receive applicable credit will be included in the notification.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
GENERAL
The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including, without limitation, any costs incurred.
The Promoter’s decisions in respect of all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions without notice, subject to regulatory requirements.
The Promoter and its associated agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Any disputes relating to the Promotion shall be resolved by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
