Rolled & Stuffed Turkey Breast

An exquisite centrepiece for your festive feast. Our talented team of in-house chefs have taken fresh turkey breast, stuffed and rolled it perfectly with your choice of two exceptional and delicious Christmas stuffing options.

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C 
  2. Rub butter, oil, salt and pepper all over the turkey breast (netting still on).
  3. Place in a roasting pan on an elevated tray to allow air flow.
  4. Reduce the oven temperature to 160°C 
  5. Roast for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C and the skin is golden brown.
  6. Before carving, remove the netting and let the turkey breast rest for 20 minutes.

* All poultry should be cooked until an internal temperature of 75°C is reached. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the breast.
