Our in-house team of chefs have taken tender turkey breast, rolled and stuffed it with your choice of two delicious Christmas stuffings:
- Pork, Bacon, Chestnut & Sage
- Dried Fruit & Nut
These stuffings do more than add flavour - they seal in the turkey’s natural juices as it roasts, bringing depth and tenderness to every bite.
Simply roast, carve, and let the festive flavours shine.
Serves 6-8 people
- 1 Vic's Stuffed & Rolled Turkey Breast
- 150g butter
- 150ml oil
- salt & pepper
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Rub butter, oil, salt and pepper all over the turkey breast (netting still on).
- Place in a roasting pan on an elevated tray to allow air flow.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 160°C
- Roast for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C and the skin is golden brown.
- Before carving, remove the netting and let the turkey breast rest for 20 minutes.
All poultry should be cooked until an internal temperature of 74°C is reached. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the breast.
