Crown Roast of Cowra Lamb - 1.5kg

For a delicious change of pace, we introduce to you our Crown of Lamb Roast. Considered one of the finest pieces of meat to grace a table, the crown roast consists of two, 8-rib French-trimmed lamb racks, hand-tied to forge a crown.

Expertly trimmed and prepared by our master butchers using Cowra Lamb, sourced from the banks of the Lachlan River at the head of the Lachlan Valley which is classed as one of the most fertile valleys in the world. Lambs produced in the Cowra region have the reputation of being the best lambs in Australia.

We recommend oven-roasting the Crown of Lamb in a heavy-based pan, adding a generous amount of aromats such as rosemary and garlic, along with seasonal vegetables such as fennel, potato, or brussels sprouts.
