Made with a 100% sourdough starter and layered with rich caramel chocolate, Mandolé Orchard almonds and a hint of salted caramel, it is slow-fermented over three stages to achieve a soft, buttery texture with balanced depth and complexity.

Each panettone is finished with a golden crust of crushed Amaretti biscuits and salted almonds, then hung upside down for 36 hours to preserve its signature dome and airy crumb.
