Rolled & Stuffed Turkey Breast

Our in-house team of chefs have taken tender turkey breast, rolled and stuffed it with your choice of two delicious Christmas stuffings:

  • Pork, Bacon, Chestnut & Sage
  • Dried Fruit & Nut

Each stuffing enhances the turkey’s natural juiciness as it roasts, adding depth, aroma, and festive flavour to every bite.

Pair it with our house-made traditional roast chicken gravy for the perfect finishing touch.

Simply roast, carve, and let the celebration begin.

SERVES 6-8

INGREDIENTS:
PREP TIME:
10 minutes

COOKING TIME:
1.5 hours plus resting time

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C 
  2. Rub butter, oil, salt and pepper all over the turkey breast (netting still on).
  3. Place in a roasting pan on an elevated tray to allow air flow.
  4. Reduce the oven temperature to 160°C 
  5. Roast for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C and the skin is golden brown.
  6. Before carving, remove the netting and let the turkey breast rest for 20 minutes.

All poultry should be cooked until an internal temperature of 74°C is reached. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the breast.

Please be aware that this is a guide only. All ovens work slightly differently and this should be taken into consideration.
